Policy of Quality. The children's clinical hospital ¹5 (St.-Petersburg)
Strtegy of the Hospital is acheaving the advanced positions in a rating of children's hospitals of St.-Petersburg. The policy in the field of quality is directed on supplyig the services corresponding to international standards and patients requirements.
Our mission. We exist that children were healthy.
We are grateful to patients that they have allowed us to take care of them.
Our principles of work:
- We should surpass expectations of patients, satisfying their requirements
- Patients should receive medical aid (qualified and specialized) to begin optimum treatment at the moment of the reference, in optimum terms and optimum conditions
- We should aspire to reduction of premises of hospital to the European standards, equipped by the modern equipment
- We permanently raise qualification of the personnel, improving competence and professionalism
- We should show to our patients goodwill, politeness, attention, safety of services, desire to help, forming trust to us
- We analyze own results, world experience and we apply new technologies
- That quality became responsibility of each employee
The basic tool of realisation of the Policy is development, functioning and improving of the quality management system which is corresponding to the requirements of international standards ISO 9001.
The management led by the Head physician incurs responsibility for working out, introduction and productive operating quality management systems, accepting following obligations:
- To folow strictly the Policy of quality and not to accept any decisions and the actions contradicting this Policy
- To promote constant improvement of professional skill of the personnel
- To provide development of system of a quality management by corresponding resources
- To focus on full satisfaction of requirements of interested sides
The heads of departments are responsible for realisation of the Quality Policy. The present Policy is obligatory for all hospital personnel.
In quality maintenance there are no trifles. All hospital departments bring the contribution to quality of given services on which judge about all organisation.
